"I have been following a modified
version of the power pop diet and taking the pops since Sunday and have
gone from 231.5 to 220 lbs. this morning, 11.5 lbs. in 4 days. I think
that it is a combination of the tasty pops, water and the meal plan, I
will know more after my ten day experiment!"
